All sales are final, and payment must be made in full before any item is shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

  • VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER - credit/debit cards via PAYPAL.
  • PAYPAL - via your email address.
  • BANK TO BANK - Direct Credit, (New Zealand customers only).
  • PAYPAL ONLY for all international payments.

 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

  • Payment verificaion is required before items are dispatched.
  • PAYPAL payments are verified (to us) immediately the transaction is complete.
  • BANK TO BANK transactions from a KIWIBANK bank account to our KIWIBANK bank account are verified immediately.
  • All other New Zealand bank transaction verifications will be next business day.
  • All international payments must be made using PAYPAL (via your Paypal account, or by credit/debit card).
  • The buyer is required to pay all PAYPAL service fees.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We must receive the FULL AMOUNT due on the invoice total or your order will not ship.
  • The amount we receive must be the TOTAL INVOICE VALUE, including freight and any applicable taxes.
  • PAYPAL will charge the buyer a small fee for their service.

 

RETURNS:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is required for all credits and returns before you return the item.
  • Please fill out the appropriate details in our "Returns" section found under "Customer Service" at the bottom of the Homepage.
  • The item must be in new condition, must not be damaged in any way, not show signs of having been installed on any vehicle, and be complete, without pieces missing.
  • If the item is damaged while in transit, the Courier Company will be held responsible and must be notified by you immediately.
  • No returns will be negotiated or accepted after 10 working days from date of purchase.
  • We have a 3 month (from date of purchase) warranty on all parts.
  • If your part fails within this time frame a new part will be billed, (must be paid for), and sent to you to replace the item under warranty, (pending).
  • You are required to send the damaged part to us for examination. We will organise a courier to collect the part.
  • A full refund for the faulty part will be made once an examination is done and determined that the part is, in fact, faulty.
  • If we send the wrong part (as shown on our web pages) a full refund will be given.
  • If you change your mind or decide you no longer need a part, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Return freight is buyer's responsibility.
  • Some parts are freight free to destinations within the Nth & Sth Islands.

WE DO NOT PAY COMPENSATION FOR LABOUR CHARGES, OR ANY OTHER SUBSEQUENT COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PART FAILURE. WE GUARANTEE THE PART TO BE OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY ONLY, AND RELY ON MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTYS AND GUARANTEES FOR REPLACEMENT.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE EACH PART IS THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT, AND SHOULD BE CAREFULLY INSPECTED, FOR THIS PURPOSE, PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. ANY DAMAGE OR MODIFICATIONS MADE TO ANY PART, OR THE PACKAGING, WILL RENDER ANY RETURN CLAIM, NULL AND VOID.
