  • We DO NOT accept cash, cheques or bank drafts.
  • We accept Credit and Debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex via PAYPAL.
  • Select the PAYPAL option at checkout for all card transactions.
  • We accept PAYPAL payments using your email address linked to your PAYPAL account.
  • We accept BANK TO BANK direct credit payments from New Zealand customers only.
  • We accept PAYPAL only for international payments.
  • The buyer is required to pay any bank and/or PAYPAL service fees.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We must receive the FULL AMOUNT or your order will not ship.
  • The amount we receive must be the TOTAL INVOICE VALUE, including the correct freight and any applicable taxes.
  • Trading Banks and PAYPAL may charge the buyer a small fee for their service.
  • Taxes and misc import charges incurred at Port of Entry for overseas orders are the buyers responsibility. 

We are not responsible for Courier Delivery Delays - we rely on information supplied to us by Courier websites and brochures. We will supply tracking numbers where applicable and when available.

Freight costs incurred on returned goods are buyer's responsibility.

 

RETURNS:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is required for all credits and/or returns before you return the item.
  • Failure to fill out an RMA will void any credit for the item.
  • Please fill out the appropriate details in our "Returns" section found under "Customer Service" at the bottom of the Homepage.
  • The item must be in new condition, must not be damaged in any way, not show signs of being installed on a vehicle, and be complete without pieces missing. The box or wrapping must be in the same condition it arrived in.
  • If the item is damaged while in transit, you must notify the Courier Company immediately.
  • No returns will be negotiated or accepted after 10 working days from date of purchase.
  • We have a 3 month (from date of purchase) warranty on all parts.
  • If your part fails within this 10 day period, notify us immediately, and a new part (paid for by you), will be shipped under "refund pending" to you.
  • If the part is proven faulty, a refund for the second item shipped will be issued immediately.
  • In the event of no stock being immediately available as a replacement, a full refund will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE:

WE DO NOT PAY COMPENSATION FOR LABOUR OR ANY OTHER SUBSEQUENT ADDITIONAL COST OR LOSS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PART FAILURE.

WE GUARANTEE THE PART (ONLY) FOR 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
